What happens if your claim check is lost?
Volunteers staffing the corral will ask for a picture ID to match the name on the bike's ticket. If there is a line of people waiting to retrieve bikes, you will be asked to wait until the line clears so we can put the attention of several people on finding your bike.

How does it work?
Easy! Ride your bike to the corral at Dennison and Buttles Avenues, on the northwest corner of Goodale Park.
Fill out a ticket with your name, phone number, and secure your ticket to the handlebars. Make sure to remove everything you will need from the bike, and then leave it with our volunteers. When you're ready to leave, just take the tear-off claim check to the volunteers to retrieve your bike.
Tip as you're able - tips help us maintain and expand the bike corral equipment.
What happens if you leave your bike after closing time?
Volunteers sell it to the highest bidder - just kidding!
In all seriousness, try to retrieve your bike before close. The corral isn't staffed overnight, and ComFest is not responsible for damage or theft after the festival closes for the night.
