In May of each year, the Community Festival will hold a Membership Meeting and ratify by consensus a Treasurer selected in a General Planning Meeting to serve until the next Membership meeting.
All ComFesters are invited to the 2026 Membership Meeting. This meeting will include a review of the 2025 financial report and the presentation of this year’s grant recipients.

Please note parking is permitted free of charge at spaces marked “P – Patient Parking / Visitor Parking.” Unauthorized cars parked at “A” and “B” permit spaces will result in a $60.00 citation by CampusParc. Free parking is also available on adjacent Norwich and Northwood Avenues after 6:00pm. Enter the building from the lower parking level entrance at the rear of the building
