Now more than ever we need to be intentional and conscious of building compassionate communities, countering the surge of racism and othering that, while it has always been present in our world, has come out into the open in a very ugly way over the last decade. Having that racism out in the open and filmed gives everyone the chance to deal with it directly. This is a workshop that I do (usually live, online now during the COVID 19 era) planting seeds of perspective to help us recognize and remove the unconscious biases that we walk around with.
