To request an absentee ballot, go to https://www.vote.franklincountyohio.gov and click on the absentee ballot request form. (You can also verify your eligibility to vote at this site.) You can return your ballot either in person at the board of elections at 1700 Morse Rd., Columbus, 43229 or by U.S. mail. It is important to note that a mailed ballot requires 2 stamps. All ballots must be received prior to polls closing on Election Day, Nov. 3, 2020. If mailed, the ballot must be post-marked no later than the day before the election.
